Sound travels in waves of vibrating particles and has the ability to penetrate deep into cells while remaining subtle and non-invasive. Sound vibration acts a sonic-massage, gently calming the mind while relieving tension, inner chatter, and dissonance. Rhythmic tones entrain the brain thus creating a bridge of connection with the inner self, others, and universal energy.

Individual Sound Healing

Sound healing session begins with an Ayurvedic pulse reading to discover your current dominant dosha & energetic state. Reiki is included with sessions ,if desired.

During a 1:1 sound healing session, various instruments may be used on or off the body, creating rhythmic and harmonious tones. This sonic soundscape provides the conditions for entraining the brain to a hypnogogic state, which is optimal for communicating healing intentions to the sub-conscious mind and for the body to heal itself.

Summer incorporates the archetypal elements of Ayurveda: ether, air, fire, water, and earth in this unique elemental journey through sound wave vibrations.

Vibrational Sound Therapy sessions include a relaxation technique where the bowls are played directly on the body for 55 minutes.

Group Sound Baths

A sound healing 'bath' is an immersion in sound waves. Participants relax comfortably and fully clothed on the ground with pillows, blankets, and eye covers. The sound bath begins with a simple guided meditation, intention setting, and breath-work.

Summer then provides sound frequencies from various vibrational instruments into the cells and surrounding fields of the participants' bodies; thus easing tension and dissonance, and thereby creating a sensation of inner harmony, resonance, rejuvenation, clarity, and connection.

Sound baths can be booked for couples, families, private groups, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, baby births, sacred rituals & plant ceremonies, as well as most special occasions.

Reiki Healing Energy

Reiki is a gentle modality that guides universal life force energy. It reduces stress, promotes relaxation and creates a serene environment within the body, mind, and spirit. This process helps release stagnant energy, and opening up space for energy to flow again, acting as a catalyst for natural healing systems within the body to healing itself.

Chakra Balancing

& Energy Clearing

Chakras are energy centers that connect the physical body with the energetic body. A Chakra balancing session begins with the relaxation benefits of Reiki energy. Then energy is guided to each of the energy centers to open, close, or balance as needed. Sound healing tools and guided meditation may be used as well.

Deeper energy clearing may involve guided meditation and visualization to clear stagnant energy, recognize old belief patterns, release attachments and update belief systems that are no longer serving current needs. Sound healing tools, crystals, and herbs may be used.

Classes & Workshops

Summer Love, is a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor of the NAMA approved Narayana Ayurveda & Yoga Academy. She blends the time tested Vedic life-science of Ayurveda with her western training as a certified Holistic Health, Wellness, & Weight Loss Coach.
Summer has been creating healing harmonies at the piano since childhood. She brings her intuitive talents, musical training, and experience as a Reiki Master to her sound healing and energy balancing practice.
As an avid gardener and herbalist, Summer lends her healing hands to herbal remedies. All products are small batch handcrafter, organic, and available to customize to specific doshas and healing needs. Products includes herbal skin salves & balms, luxurious lotion bars, herbal infused tinctures, soothing lip balms, herbal teas, therapeutic bath tea elixirs, essential oil roll-ons, and mindful mists. Nearly 20 years ago, Summer started her career path as a certified personal trainer, helping clients achieve health goals on a physical level. She also studied nutritional science to better serve client's health needs.
After college, she worked in finance and started an accounting service, guiding clients in their bookkeeping and tax preparation needs. Her own desire for spiritual healing and awakening led her from the corporate road to her current holistic path and practice.
By combining her experience within these modalities in a modernized east meets west approach, Summer is able to offer clients personalized guidance to create harmony and balance in all areas of life.
